Business terms

1. Operator

The service is operated by AUREX Sp. z o.o., tax ID 5253095565, registered at Nowy Świat 54/56, 00-363 Warsaw. Contact: info@aurexrent.pl.

2. Service

The service enables reservation and rental of vehicles from the AurexRent offer. The specific vehicle, date, price, deposit and additional services are confirmed individually.

3. Reservation

A reservation becomes binding only after confirmation by AurexRent by e-mail, phone or contract. Submitting a website form is a non-binding request.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated in PLN including VAT unless noted otherwise. The final price may differ depending on rental duration, selected vehicle, mileage limit and additional services.

5. Deposit

A refundable deposit is paid at handover. Deposit amount depends on the model and rental conditions.

6. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for complying with the contract, traffic rules and for damage caused by breaching these conditions.

7. Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before pickup unless agreed otherwise. Later cancellation may be charged.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. The current version is published on this page.
